  2.                     formula2eps - a suggestion

  6.  Sometimes I would like to write a report using Finalwriter which contains
  7.  some complicated formulas. Because this is not possible I had to write
  8.  the whole document in LaTeX.
  9.  Now there are some programms which produce EPS- or IFF-output (MathPaint,
  10.  MathScript,...) - but they use an own syntax which is very bad.
  11.  Yesterday I tried out MathScript - it crashed. So I wrote this
  12.  short and trivial script which does the same thing using LaTeX and
  13.  dvips.

  15.  This script is meant as a suggestion - not more !

  17.  Advantages:
  18.   -you can produce *VERY* complicated formulas
  19.   -you can use your LaTeX-knowledge and haven't to learn a new syntax
  20.   -you can enhance the script to create tables, matrices,...
  21.  
  22.  Requirements:
  23.   -LaTeX (called via "virtex &glplain") \_change this to fit your
  24.   -dvips (called via "dvips040")        / configuration
  25.   -68020+
  26.   -4 MB RAM (I don't know)

  29.   -an EPS-file at 300dpi which looks professional but you can't scale *UP*
